Our Project is located at this Kudali Village, on turning Left turn to Sarphalewadi Road 500 Mts from this State Highway going to Kolad, i.e Vile - Kolad Highway, this highway is proposed to be four lane road in near future

Current Status of the Project


1) Plot is purchased and Name in 7/12 Extract is ready
2) Govt Demarcation / Survey is done on 16/9/2013
3) Proposed plotting demarcation of plots is over
4) Outer Fencing is complete and internal plotting polling is complete & fencing work is in progress
5) NA Sanction is in progress and expected to complete in within approx 2 months (there after we will have tie up with 3/4 banks for loan facilities also.. already discussion is over waiting for NA order)

Other Details 
1) We have Obtained 30 Years Legal Search Tile Report from Advocate at Roha
2) We have Appointed an Architect who will take care of NA Procedure
3) We have done Survey of the Proposed Plot
4) Architect has finalized our  Layout, Keeping is NA Norms in mind
5) All plots as per Vastu Shashtra, i.e North, East & West Facing.
